Sea Salt, a restaurant from Chef Fabrizio Aielli, is ideal for both the beach go-er looking for a casual atmosphere on their way home from a day in the sand and the sophisticated diner looking for a fantastic meal. Located on Naples’ popular Third Street business district,  Aielli puts his Venetian touch on Florida's freshest seafood and produce, using organic, sustainable ingredients from local farmers and day boat fishermen. GrizForm Design Architects designed the interior space with light wood, tile and walls of glass and limestone, which gives the establishment a breezy, beachy feel with offhanded elegance. Sea Salt is open to the street, with a terrace and a bar located at the front of the restaurant and a slightly more formal dining room further back. It features an open kitchen, a small specialty food market, and a small cafe.
